ขอลบข้อมูล Smart Farm Pro 360 - ระบุ ชื่อผู้ใช้ (username) ที่ใช้เข้าระบบ และชื่อ-นามสกุล
- ผู้ดูแลระบบตรวจสอบตัวตนกับฝ่ายบุคคล/ไอทีขององค์กร
- ดำเนินการลบให้ภายใน 30 วัน แล้วแจ้งยืนยันกลับทางอีเมล

หมายเหตุ
- แอปไม่มีการสมัครบัญชี — บัญชีผู้ใช้เป็นบัญชี Active Directory ขององค์กร การปิดบัญชี AD เป็นกระบวนการของฝ่ายบุคคล/ไอที
- แอปไม่ได้จัดเก็บพิกัดตำแหน่งของผู้ใช้ไว้บนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ จึงไม่มีข้อมูลตำแหน่งให้ลบ
- ดำเนินการภายใต้ พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)

How to request deletion
- Email taolaem@hotmail.com with the subject “Request data deletion – Smart Farm Pro 360”.
- Include the username you sign in with, and your full name.
- The administrator verifies your identity with company HR/IT.
- Deletion is completed within 30 days and confirmed by email.
Deleted: your name, username, employee ID, department, company, plant, last sign-in time, role and plot-quota assignments, and your name attached to any records you submitted (records are anonymised).
Kept: the agronomic measurements themselves (tonnage, tons per rai, grade, shoot count, stalk height and diameter, pest and disease notes). These describe company sugarcane plots rather than a person, and no longer identify anyone once the recorder name is removed. They are retained for the company’s production-cycle records.
On your device: sign out or uninstall the app to remove cached plots, settings, map tiles and saved credentials immediately.
The app does not offer account creation; accounts are enterprise Active Directory accounts. The app never stores user location on our servers, so there is no location data to delete.
